Published ranges run $100K–$5M, and programmes publish their minimums by sector. Check if you qualify in 60 seconds, then apply directly to the programmes that fit. Free, and your data never passes through us.
Two programmes license company data. Applying is free, takes a few minutes on their site, and commits you to nothing: they review, then talk terms with you. Not sure you qualify? .
These buttons are our referral links. If asked who referred you, please name TrackImpact. The programmes may pay us a referral fee; it doesn't come out of your payout and you pay nothing. Each programme decides fit and price.
AI programmes value some sources more than others. Here's roughly how the tools your team already uses rank by buyer interest.
Written knowledge, code and team communication: how decisions actually get made.
Workflow, project and ticket histories: the steps work goes through.
Business systems and records that add context to the workflows above.
Practice-management and ledger systems. Most hold client financial data, so scope them carefully.
* Likely contains personal or customer data. Check contracts and data-protection obligations with counsel first. Tiers show relative buyer interest, not a price.
Set by the programmes, not by us, as published on 30 October 2026. Final amounts depend on data sources, size, quality, access terms and due diligence. Not guaranteed; the programme decides.
Your work orders and inspection logs are a record of how things actually get made.
AI agents for production and maintenance need to learn how a real shop floor runs: what was made, what failed inspection, what broke and how it was fixed. Customer-owned designs and export-controlled data are a different matter: check them first.
We're an introduction, nothing more. You deal with the programmes directly, and your data never passes through us.

If you fit, we show you which programmes match and link you to their official applications. You apply directly.
The programme reviews, holds a discovery call or letter of intent, and agrees scope with you. You keep ownership, and your counsel reviews the licence.
The lowest-risk material is documentation you wrote about how you work, rather than records about your customers.
The programmes state they remove or de-identify personal information, but check your contracts and data-protection obligations with counsel first.
Programmes pay for the work, not the names. Flip between the stages of this client query to see what has to come out, and what people commonly miss.

We currently refer to two established AI data companies, each running a dedicated company data-partnership programme with its own published ranges and eligibility rules. The fit check shows which ones you match, with links to their official applications.
No. Data Partnerships is a separate referral service. Data from TrackImpact platform customers is never used, shared or licensed through this programme, and nothing you enter here goes to the platform.
No. We never receive, store or process your company's data. Everything after the fit check happens directly between you and the programme you apply to.
The programmes may pay us a referral fee if your company applies through our link and enters a partnership. It doesn't come out of your payout, and you pay us nothing. That's why we ask you to apply through our link.
micro1 publishes three tiers: $100K–500K for a qualified partnership, $500K–2M for large-scale or multi-team data, and $2M+ for highly unique data. Mode publishes $100K–$5M per company. Actual amounts depend on data sources, size, quality, access terms and due diligence. The calculator shows each programme's own indicative figure; neither is an offer.
Operationally mature companies with mainly English-language records. micro1 looks for 30+ full-time employees. Mode looks for 30+ in most sectors, 10+ for accounting, finance and medical, and 6+ for law firms. Demand is strongest in the US, with the UK and Canada next; other Western markets are considered.
The programmes state that companies retain ownership of their underlying data, that personal information is removed where relevant, and that access is restricted to a limited number of authorised staff. Confirm the specifics in your own agreement.
Often, yes, especially for process documentation you wrote yourselves. But customer contracts, NDAs and data-protection law (GDPR / UK GDPR, US state privacy laws) can limit what you may share. Have counsel review before anything is shared. We're not a law firm and this isn't legal advice.
Typically: a short assessment or estimate, review of your data, a discovery call or letter of intent, then agreement and onboarding. One programme quotes roughly three months from first conversation to payment.
Possibly. micro1 now publishes a Defunct Data Partnership for companies that are no longer operating, with the same 30+ employee and English-language requirements. Usually the former director, liquidator or administrator deals with it. Take the fit check and choose "closed", and we'll point you to it.
